Northeast Baptist - San Antonio

CGS designed this 5-story precast L-shape garage which had a skewed end and featured an exterior monolith encircled by steel stairs to provide access between levels. Spandrel beams were designed for future expansion on two sides of the structure.

Market St. Garage - San Antonio

This 10-level precast garage was erected in downtown San Antonio and features entrances from two streets, an exterior valet ramp, and an exterior ramp to the third level. Precast cladding gives the appearance of a commercial office building.

Valero Energy - San Antonio

CGS designed over 540,000 sq. ft. of 4-story elevated parking in two phases at the new Valero Energy Headquarters and a 114,000 sq. ft. garage at their previous corporate offices.

Parking Garages
CGS has designed over 5 million square feet parking structures, including precast and cast-in-place. Our involvement has ranged from being Engineer of Record to serving fabricators in final design and detailing.

CTRC - San Antonio

CGS designed this 4-story, 3-bay precast garage for the Cancer Treatment and Research Center at the San Antonio Medical Center. With 192,000 sq. ft. of elevated parking, the structure features exposed precast stairwells, spandrel closure panels, and a bridge connection to the adjacent building.

Texas Orthopedic - Houston

This 6-story garage has 250,000 sq. ft. of elevated parking and was required to have a skewed end to fit within the property lines.

Medical Center - Odessa

CGS designed a 3-story 800-car garage for the Medical Center Hospital in Odessa featuring 180,000 sq. ft. of elevated parking. Two years later, we designed a 2- level addition to the structure.

Webb County Garage - Laredo
CGS performed the final design and fabrication drawings for a 2-bay, 4-story, 88,0000 sq. ft. elevated parking garage confined to restrictive site conditions due to adjacent commercial structures.
